I model in Rhino and MatrixGold, then print the wax myself on WaxJet and ProJet 3500. I learned where a file breaks at the printer, not on screen.
Every piece below is my own model — real three-dimensional files, not renders. Turn them to any angle and move in close: the setting, the stone seat, the shoulder work.
Most modelers hand over the file and the rest is your problem. I close the chain through printing — because I run the wax printer too.
A photo, a hand drawing or the piece in your hand — whichever you have, we start there.
Wall thickness, stone seats and prong allowance to production tolerance. Simple model in 30–60 minutes, complex model in 2–3 hours.
I print on my own machine. I can see where a file will jam while I am still modeling it, so there is no second attempt.
3DM, STL and render. A photo of the printed piece comes with the file.
